Our emergency response team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For urgent road freight within our domestic network, we can typically dispatch within 2 to 4 hours of the booking being confirmed. For international air freight emergencies, we can arrange Next Flight Out (NFO) shipments within the same day in most cases, subject to flight availability and regulatory requirements.

Every vehicle in our refrigerated fleet is equipped with IoT-enabled temperature sensors that log readings every 5 minutes and transmit data in real time to our cloud monitoring platform. You can access live temperature data for your shipment through our online tracking portal. Any temperature excursion outside the agreed range triggers an immediate automated alert to both our operations team and the customer.

Yes. Every shipment is assigned a unique Tracking ID (format: GF-YYYY-XXXXXX). You can enter this on our Track Shipment page to view real-time location, current temperature, transit milestones and estimated delivery time. Temperature compliance reports can also be downloaded directly from the tracking portal after delivery.

Yes. For pharmaceutical and life sciences shipments, we provide a full Temperature Excursion Report and Compliance Certificate for every consignment. This document includes a continuous temperature log, any excursion events (and corrective actions taken), vehicle pre-cooling records and digital proof of delivery. These reports are accepted by GDP auditors and regulatory authorities.

Our monitoring systems trigger an immediate alert if any excursion occurs. Our operations team will contact you within 15 minutes to assess the situation and agree on a course of action, which may include diverting to the nearest cold store, arranging emergency replacement cooling, or - if necessary - holding the cargo for quality assessment. All incidents are fully documented. We also carry cargo liability insurance, and our team will assist with any claims process.
